At LeMond Bikes, we stand behind the precision and performance of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your bike or gear in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
