All LeMond bikes are shipped 90% assembled in a custom, reinforced bike box. Final assembly typically requires only the installation of the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We include a dedicated tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is the warranty policy on carbon fiber frames?
We stand behind our engineering. LeMond offers a limited lifetime warranty on all carbon fiber frames and forks for the original owner, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and accessories?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that transit times vary depending on the destination's customs processing.
What is your return policy if the bike isn't the right fit?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your bike isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The bike must be in 'like-new' condition and returned in its original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
